Vaughan's Anchor Inn, acclaimed widely as the Best Seafood Bar in the country, has been in the family since 1979. Vaughans has retained its old world character and charm with a traditional old style shop at the front of the bar, with the original open turf fire creating a warm, cosy atmosphere. He is a self-trained chef whose hard work and commitment to fresh, creative and unusual dining continues to flourish and win awards country wide.
